Food safety and regulatory requirements
- Provide full farm to fork traceability in line with article 18 of the European Union’s Regulation 178/2002 and enable efficient and accurate product recalls.
- Supports HACCP & GMP guidelines.
- Fully integrated quality management; define product specifications and track test results. Assign the correct QC status to each lot and prevent out of spec. raw materials and intermediates from being processed or shipped to customers.

Manage Dairy operations
- Define and approve multiple recipes dependent upon quality of ingredients or customer specification.
- Define seasonal ingredients, substitutes and variations.

- Identify operations, machine requirements and running costs. Manage labour, utilities, setup, run time and changeover times.
- Pack similar products together to minimise changeover times.

- Define critical control points and automate QC sampling within the operation.
Shelf life management
- Track shelf life, best before and expiry dates.
- Capture information from the supplier for each raw material including lot number, expiry dates and country of origin.
- Pick raw materials based on FEFO - First expired first out criteria.
Stock management
- Manage and control stock from receipt through QC, processing, storage, packing and shipment.
- Manage chilled, ambient, frozen and bulk liquid stock.
- Define multiple units, dual units (catch weight), containers and product and lot attributes.
- Manage raw material and packaging forecasts for sales and purchasing, identify requirements and agree delivery schedules.
- Provide Barcode and RFID capabilities.
Sales & purchase order processing
- Manage farmer, co-operative, supplier and customer price lists, rebates and product promotions.
- Define customer and product specific ‘use by’ tolerances.
