Food safety and regulatory requirements
- End to end lot traceability in line with article 18 of the European Union’s Regulation 178/2002

- Fully integrated quality management; define product specifications and track test results. Assign the correct QC status to each lot and prevent unsuitable produce from being packed or shipped to customers

Manage Packhouse operations
- Define and approve customer packing rules for each product. Identify produce requirements including size, grade, country of origin and approved growers.

- Define critical control points and automate QC product sampling within the packhouse.
Shelf life management
- Track shelf life, best before and expiry dates.
- Capture information from the grower for each consignment delivered including lot number and expiry dates.
- Pack produce based on FEFO - First expired first out criteria.
Stock management
- Manage and control produce from receipt through QC, grading, packing and shipment.
- Define multiple units, containers, stock dimensions and product attributes.
- Manage produce and packaging forecasts for sales and purchasing, identify requirements and agree delivery schedules.
